Welcome to The Skin Cancer Foundation Seal of Recommendation Application

Overview

• Please complete all tasks in order to submit an application for The Skin Cancer Foundation Seal of Recommendation.
• Submitting your application for the Seal of Recommendation using our digital system will take 15-20 minutes.
• Work will be saved in real time, and you can click the SAVE & CONTINUE EDITING button at the bottom of the page at any time to save your work yourself.
• Any applications that have been started but not completed and submitted will be removed from the system after 90 days.

Seal of Recommendation applications are sent to the Photobiology Committee six times a year, on these dates:

February 1
April 1
June 1
August 1
October 1
December 1

Seal of Recommendation status will be returned from the Photobiology Committee two months after these dates, unless notified otherwise.

• Your application is not approved until you receive written communication and official materials from The Skin Cancer Foundation.
